2021 Social Distancing for Seasonal Residents 

Please review the Social Distancing Guidelines.

The policies below are meant to ensure the safety of all of our residents. As per the rules set forth by New York State and our local Health Department, the following Social Distancing Rules are in effect until further notice.

  

• Please exercise proper hygiene. Wash hands thoroughly and/or use hand sanitizer to minimize any chance of contamination.
   

• When gathering in small groups, individuals should practice social distancing of 3 feet.
   

• Please limit outdoor recreational activities to non-contact and please avoid activities where you might potentially come in close contact with other people.
   

• If you feel sick or have a temperature above 100 degrees, please remain on your site and/or return home to your primary residence.
   

• If you are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, you no longer need to wear a mask outdoors while walking, running, hiking, or biking alone, or when in small gatherings, including with members of your own household.
   

• Please refer to the CDC guidance and NYS guidance for the most recent updates.
   

• When out walking or using your golf cart, please remain on Pine Lake Park property at all times. Do not walk or drive your golf cart in Southern Adirondack Pines.
   

• Please remind your children of these same rules. 
   

• We will continue to make updates to these rules as the season progresses. We are hopeful that we'll be able to ease many of these restrictions.
