Welcome Current 2022 Resort Village Campers

Dear Pine Lake Resort Village Camper:

Welcome back for the 2022 camping season. We are looking forward to a smooth opening and seeing everyone! Below are all of our opening information as well as the 2022 rate, payment plan, and office hours. 

 

• The water system will be activated the weekend of April 30th for Resort Village customers and customers may come up the weekend of April 23rd to do any necessary clean up. 

 

• You may notice that we have completed construction on a covered pavilion in the large field with attached bathroom facilities.  We will be purchasing picnic tables this spring and the pavilion will be available to registered customers of the Resort Village if you plan to host a small gathering (at no charge).  This space will also be utilized for many of our weekend activities. If you are interested in using the facility for an event, please stop in the office for additional information.

 

• We are also working on a 12-site expansion at the far end of the field (entrance off of Resort Road) and there will be ongoing construction for the spring and early summer.  In the past we have allowed customers to park in the field, however starting with the 2022 season, this will no longer be possible. Your vehicles must be parked on your site.  Vehicles should not be blocking any of the roadways.  If you plan to have additional visitors, overflow parking will be available in the lot adjacent to the beach.

 

• Please remember if you have visitors during the season, the customer listed on your registration sheet must be present on the site.  Allowing a friend or family member to use your site for a weekend etc. is not allowed. 

 

• If you need to store a trailer, the storage area is still available to you free of charge.  Please stop in the office prior to placing anything in the storage area to complete a registration sheet and obtain an identification tag.  All equipment stored must be registered to the customer on record.

 

• Please remember to pick up after your pet.  We know that many of you walk your dog in the large field and we will be installing pet waste stations to help with this task.

 

• If you are interested in docking space, please stop in the office to complete the necessary paperwork.  Proof of insurance and registration will be required for the rental of a docking space and/or launching your boat.  If you could make a copy for us, it would be greatly appreciated.  Since we offer dock space at such a low rate, we assume no liability for boats moored at our docks.

 

• Construction of any type must be approved by management prior to beginning and a permit must be obtained from the Town.  We will be limiting the scope of all projects moving forward.  For further information stop by the office.  Cutting or trimming trees without the permission of the office is strictly prohibited.

Rules and Guidelines for Pine Lake Resort Village

Please review these policies, as there are new additions and modifications to our rules. Your signature on the registration page is an indication of your acceptance of these rules and any social distancing rules.

Rates & Payments

 

Seasonal Rate for the Resort Village: $2,875

Pay in full by May 2, 2022 – deduct $50

 

Deferred payment schedule: 

Payment 1 (by May 2nd):  $1,450

Payment 2 (by June 26th):  $1,425

 

A deferred payment schedule is available for qualified customers; however, ALL accounts must be paid in full by June 26, 2022. If you paid late last year, payment must be made in full by May 2, 2022.  Please check with the office if you are unsure of your status.

 

Office Hours for May and June (weekends only)

 

               Saturday:  11 AM – 5 PM

               Sunday:  10 AM – 4 PM

 

Daily office hours for the summer season will be posted by mid-June.  In the meantime, if you have questions or concerns, you can contact Jeff via phone or text at (315) 794-0264. 

 

Once again, we would like to welcome you back for the 2022 season.  All payments can be made at the business office or via mail at the address above. 

 

If you do not plan to return for the 2022 season, you MUST NOTIFY us by April 16, 2022 and your unit must be removed PRIOR to our April 30th opening date.  Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the addition of daily camping charges ($50 per day) to your account until the unit is removed from the site.   For your convenience, you may also ‘text’ Jeff at (315) 794-0264.  Please include your last name, site number, and planned move-out date in your text.
