Dear Pine Lake Resort Village Camper:
Welcome back for the 2020 camping season. We sincerely hope that this letter finds you and your family well. It has certainly been a challenging spring and we hope that you can find some comfort in returning to Pine Lake for the summer.
Registration Process: We've taken the process online this year to make it easier for you to update your information. All customers must complete the online registration form. If you have not provided an e-mail address, you must do so this year as all future correspondence and announcements will utilize this medium.
Please read the rest of this letter, and then click the button at the bottom of the page to begin the registration process.
Safety First: Please bear in mind that any guidance provided to you in your own communities also applies to all of us here at Pine Lake. This includes any/all social distancing guidelines. It is likely that we will be subject to more routine inspections and we want to make sure that all of us are doing everything possible to maintain a safe environment for all campers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. As circumstances change, we will certainly keep you apprised.
The water system will be activated the weekend of May 1st for Resort Village customers and customers may come up the weekend of April 24th to do any necessary clean up. Please ensure that you are adhering to the published social distancing guidelines while on premise.
Rules and Guidelines for Pine Lake Resort Village: As part of the registration process, you'll have the opportunity to review these policies; please take the time to read them as there are some new additions and modifications to our rules. Your signature at the end of the registration process is an indication of your acceptance of these rules AND the social distancing rules.

Seasonal Rate for the Resort Village: $2,625
Pay in full by May 3, 2020: deduct $50
Deferred payment schedule: Payment #1 (by May 3rd): $1,325 and Payment #2 (by June 21st): $1,300
