2021 Camper Events

Below is our list of events for the 2021 summer season. Click here for a schedule you can download and print. 

 

July 17th – Christmas in July – Decorate your site in the best Christmas spirit.  After a brief tour of the lake, Santa will arrive via boat at the large public beach at 3 PM to hand out gifts to all our little ones.  Please check with Lori Stoehrer, Mackenzie Miller or the office for more details.  Judging for best-decorated sites will take place between 8:30 and 9:00 PM.  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as most creative.

 

July 24th – BINGO – 7 PM at the Adirondack Paradise.  For each scratch-off lottery ticket you turn in, you get one bingo card and/or you can purchase additional bingo cards for cash.  All cash and lottery tickets collected will be awarded as prizes.  For the kids, we will be playing candy bar bingo.  Each candy bar turned in, gets your child one bingo ticket and all candy bars collected will be awarded as prizes. 

 

July 31st – 80s Band with 80s costume contest.  By popular demand – That 80s Band is back!!  Doors open at 7:15 PM.  Dress in your best 80s outfit or as your favorite 80s singer, tv/movie star.  Prizes will be awarded for best costume during the event.  This is a family event and all ages are welcome.  Advance sale tickets are $10 for Campground & Resort customers.  Tickets will be available at the door at $12 per person.

 

August 7th – Tie Dye Event for Kids and “big kids”.  All the kids need is a white t-shirt.  We will provide all the tie-dye ink, rubber bands and fun.  It all starts at 1 PM in the picnic area on the large public beach.

 

August 14th – Golf Cart Obstacle Course – Sign up in the office.  Each team will consist of 2 people.  The driver will be blindfolded and the passenger will have to provide instructions to get their partner through the course.  Best time wins.  Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.  $2 hot dogs, $3 hamburgers, chips, soda and water will be available. 

 

August 21st – Glow Dance Party (for the kids ages up to 15).  Kids bring a black or white t-shirt to the Pavilion on the beach at 11 am to design your very own glow-in-the-dark shirt.  From 7 -8:30 PM come to the Paradise for a Glow Dance Party with our mascot Rocky Raccoon.  Parents, you just need to drop off your kids and (definitely) come back at 8:30 to pick them up. 

 

August 22nd – Beach Party with one man band - Scot Raymond (he performed at the Fireworks).  Sand Castle Competition, Food and Fun – Starts at 1 PM.  Be sure to bring your beach passes for admission.  If there is interest, we can also arrange a volleyball competition!

 

August 28th – Summer Olympics with cornhole (blind pairings), polish horseshoes (blind pairings) , board races, potato sack races.  Please sign-up in the office.  All events will take place out in the large field adjacent to loon lane.  Chicken BBQ will follow - $12 per ticket will include ½ chicken, salt potatoes, corn on the cob and a roll.

 

September 4th – Halloween – Decorate your site with the best Halloween décor.  Kids costume parade/contest at 4 PM at the office with Halloween dance party with Rocky Raccoon.  Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as most creative.  Trick or Treating will immediately follow in the campground and Resort Village.  Haunted hay rides with friendly characters at 6 PM.  Haunted house for adults and older kids at 8 PM.  Tickets for the haunted house are $2 per person and should be purchased in advance at the office.  Please keep in mind that the haunted house will be scary, so if you scare easy you might want to avoid this one!  Site judging will take place at 7:30 PM with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

 

September 10th (Friday) – Pitch Tournament for Adults / Uno Tourney for Kids - $10 entry per adult for pitch and $4 entry for kids for Uno.  The competition begins at 7 PM in the Paradise.  Sign-up by September 5th in the office.

 

September 25th (Saturday) - Fall Festival and Craft Fair – Our last official event for the 2021 season featuring many different craft vendors, food trucks, a custom caramel apple booth where you can create your own delicious creation, pumpkin and mum sale and other fun surprises.  It all starts at 11 AM in and around the Adirondack Paradise.  No admission charge with activities and shopping for all ages.
