Messages may include promotional offers, camper alerts, news, urgent notifications, events, and other content. Standard messaging rates may apply. Message frequency will vary.

9. Governing Law
You agree that the laws of the township of Caroga Lake, the State of New York and the United States, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Pine Lake Park and you, or its business partners and employees.
10. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website or register for a campsite at this Park. As a camper at our Park, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Pine Lake Park assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
11. Intellectual Property:
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Pine Lake Park, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Pine Lake Park’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
12. User Accounts
As a camper at Pine Lake Park, you are required to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. We reserve all rights to terminate your seasonal rental if you violate the rules and regulations of the Park.
13. Disputes
Disputes related in any way to your seasonal rental agreement or to use of this site shall be arbitrated by the local courts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pine Lake Park and hold Pine Lake Park harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our Park, its website, and its services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
15. Limitation on Liability:
Pine Lake Park is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our campground. Pine Lake Park reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail.
This Agreement is an understanding between Pine Lake Park and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of our campground and our website.
